1.  The general premise of the video is that everyone is so addicted to technology and thee phones that they are not concerned with anything else around them.

2.  Yes, this video is effective in conveying the intended message. This is because this shows a ton of different situations with people always looking at their phone. Like when the girl jumped off the building and people just took a video of it and walked away.

3. I feel like it is more of a cautionary story because I believe that we are not that bad in society yet. A lot of examples that they were showing are happing now, but i feel that the examples were exaggerated.
